What to Do If the Device Fails to Be Detected During Scanning?


  1. Please check if the distance between your phone and the device is too far.
    • If yes, move your phone closer to the device and try again.
    • If no, please remove the button battery from the device, reinstall it, and try again.
  2. Please check if the device has insufficient battery power.
  3. Please check if Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone. If not, enable them first before proceeding.
  4. Please check if the device is already connected to another phone. If yes, disconnect it from that phone first and then try again.
