What to Do If the Device Fails to Be Detected During Scanning?
- Please check if the distance between your phone and the device is too far.
- If yes, move your phone closer to the device and try again.
- If no, please remove the button battery from the device, reinstall it, and try again.
- Please check if the device has insufficient battery power.
- Please check if Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone. If not, enable them first before proceeding.
- Please check if the device is already connected to another phone. If yes, disconnect it from that phone first and then try again.
